How It Works

You can rely on Sherlock to be by your side on your journey to a successful sale. But what’s the process?

This is your step-by-step guide to getting your home on the market and making a successful sale!

Step 2 – Planning


We’ll then offer advice to best present your home, arrange photography, floorplans, obtain a Home Report or EPC Certificate.

Step 3 – The listing

Once the photographs and floorplans have been created, we’ll arrange a second call to discuss the details for the listing, and which photos you want to include. Weill also arrange your interactive for sale board.

Step 4 – Viewing

Using the portal, you can monitor and approve viewing requests and keep track of interest. Once someone has viewed, we will get in touch with them again to gather feedback and encourage an offer.

Step 5 – The offers

We know from experience that some buyers refrain from discussing price and making offers face to face, so buyers can make an informal offer via the portal. Once you’ve accepted an offer – we’ll tell the world that your property has sold, and your appointed solicitor will take it from there!
