Bill has extensive estate agency experience both in England and Scotland. He was General Manager of a national UK chain, Managing Director of a multi branch estate agency in Essex and Hertfordshire before setting up his own estate agency in Scotland.
He has seen many changes over the years, with the most impact being that of the power of the internet. Over his years in the business, buying habits have changed and buyers spend far more time now on the internet than in estate agency offices.
